As a Client Delivery Consultant – AxiomSL reporting to the AVP, Delivery Management, you'll be at the forefront of how financial institutions navigate the complexities of regulatory reporting. In this role, you'll lead meaningful client engagements, design high-impact solutions on Nasdaq's AxiomSL platform, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in regulatory finance and technology.
Whether you're coming with deep AxiomSL expertise or bringing strong regulatory reporting implementation experience from comparable platforms, this is a role where your skills, curiosity, and client focus will be recognized and rewarded.
You'll thrive in this position if you're passionate about solving complex regulatory challenges, energized by client-facing work, and ready to make a measurable difference in a globally connected team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end client implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, budget, and delivery in alignment with agreed project plans and statements of work.
Conduct client discovery workshops and design scalable regulatory reporting solutions, guiding teams through implementation on Nasdaq's AxiomSL platform with clarity and precision.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts, and client stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into best-fit regulatory solutions.
Advise clients and internal teams on environment and solution setup best practices, and deliver tailored end-user training for platforms and solutions — including travel to client sites as required.
Share expertise across teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute technical insights to support sales and pre-sales on future project opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering regulatory reporting implementations end-to-end — from discovery through go-live — for financial institutions. Whether you've built this expertise over many years or through accelerated, high-impact roles, what matters most is your ability to lead with confidence and deliver results.
Proven track record leading regulatory reporting implementations, with a solid understanding of Financial Statements, General Ledger, and Accounting in a regulatory context.
Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL query tools, with a foundation in software implementation and process management.
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, comfortable engaging confidently with stakeholders across all levels — from technical teams to executive leadership — including in-person at client locations.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AxiomSL or similar regulatory reporting platforms.
Certified Scrum Master or demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies, with proficiency in JIRA and MS Office applications.
Familiarity with cloud computing fundamentals and emerging regulatory technologies.
This position will be located in Singapore and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. This role requires travel to client sites as part of regular delivery activities.
This is a permanent, full-time role. To be eligible to apply, candidates must have Singapore citizenship or permanent residency status.
