Perform Daily R&C and accounting of Sub Ledger Control accounts for AENB (American Express National Bank) including Federal Saving Banks, maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.
Support various audits performed on bank side.
Lead and participate in Standardization and continuous improvement Initiatives as well
Consistently understand and exceed Customers requirements whilst ensuring effective teamwork at all times.
Ensure compliance with the prevailing policies and procedures besides contractual and regulatory requirements as applicable
Maintain close contact with Customer / Business Partners, Technologies and other interface groups
Enthusiasm to leverage Gen AI tools and capabilities to automate the daily process and add the value-added analysis to the deliverables
Experience
Graduate with 2-4 years of experience
Postgraduate in Commerce with 1-3 years of experience
Technical
Awareness of US GAAP/Local GAAP/IFRS (Accounting knowledge)
Analytical skills with the ability to undertake cause effect analysis
Knowledge of financial systems Preferred
Basic understanding & appreciation of automation capabilities
Understanding of business products

Strong understanding of end-to-end AR/AP process flow, accounting & reconciliation
Basic understanding of reporting
Ability to connect accounting & reporting
Awareness of financial consolidation process

Ability to research & embed relevant best practices Preferred
