Officer, Cash Equity Middle Office Intermediate Analyst

Citi is looking for a Cash Equity Middle Office Intermediate Analyst to join its Global Markets Operations team in Taiwan, where you will manage the full lifecycle of cash equity trades and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely settlement and client service delivery. This is an onsite, intermediate-level position embedded within a fast-paced trading environment, supporting the end-to-end operational flow from trade booking through to reconciliation. Your work directly contributes to the integrity of equity markets activity and the quality of service delivered to Citi's clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete cash equity trade lifecycle, including trade booking, trade amendments, client services, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
• Process securities transactions and deliver analytical input to trading desks to support informed decision-making and smooth trade flow.
• Resolve settlement-related issues promptly, escalating complex cases where needed and recommending practical solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Identify gaps in current trade flow processes and develop policy recommendations that improve operational efficiency and reduce risk exposure.
• Monitor transaction errors and implement corrective measures to minimise risk to the firm and maintain operational integrity.
• Participate in the delivery of assigned projects, including the rollout of new products, services, and platform upgrades within the middle office environment.
• Support newer team members through on-the-job guidance, contributing to overall team capability and performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in securities operations, middle office, or a related financial services function.
• Holds a valid Securities Specialist License, as required for this role.
• Working knowledge of Treasury products, accounting principles, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to apply data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support operational decisions.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across trading, operations, and client-facing teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

必要資格與技能

• 具備 2 至 5 年證券作業、中檯或相關金融服務領域的相關經驗。
• 持有有效之證券商業務員資格證照（本職位必要條件）。
• 具備資金產品、會計原則及相關法規框架的實務知識。
• 能夠運用資料分析工具與方法論，識別流程改善機會並支援作業決策。
• 具備清晰簡潔的書面及口頭溝通能力，能有效與交易、作業及客戶端團隊進行跨部門溝通。
• 持有商業、會計、財務或相關領域之學士學位或同等學歷。
