Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Join Ocorian's Investor Services team and play a vital role in supporting a diverse portfolio of fund clients. This is an excellent opportunity to build your expertise across investor onboarding, transactions, reporting and regulatory processes while working with clients, investors and colleagues in a collaborative international environment. You'll gain broad exposure to fund operations, take ownership of key deliverables and contribute to delivering an exceptional investor experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of investors, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate investor records, shareholder registers and data within internal systems, ensuring information remains complete and up to date.
- Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and other capital activities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate investor reporting, distributions and communications, ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Accounting and other internal teams to support capital calls, distributions and broader investor servicing activities.
- Monitor and maintain FATCA/CRS documentation and investor information in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and investors, acting as a key point of contact for investor-related queries within your area of responsibility.
- Identify potential risks, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and escalate matters appropriately when necessary.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline; ACAMS, ICSA or ACCA qualification (full or partial) would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, investors and colleagues at all levels.
- Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
- A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to learn, grow and support junior team members where required.
- Strong professional judgement, integrity and commitment to delivering high-quality service while adhering to regulatory and company standards.
